Transcend offers world-leading training programs that are scientifically grounded and highly evidenced, oriented to the cultivation of mental effectiveness, resilience, emotional intelligence, communication, collaboration, unconscious bias management, professional coaching competence, adaptive leadership and stress-management in the face of fast-paced change.

We also offer programs to organisations to help them achieve desired outcomes. We have the capacity and are convinced of the importance of tailoring our programs to organisations, which includes an iterative process to develop clear goals that are in line with their business needs. A blended approach involving a combination of coaching, mentoring, training, assessments, feedback and learning path approaches is often much more effective and a better investment.

                  Our aim is to develop adaptive leaders for the future. We do this through our expertise in professional coach training, but also through complementary skills such as mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and biofeedback solutions. Our coach training programs  are globally accredited through either the International Coach Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
