During the past few months we’ve experienced volatility due to political instability, and most recently the coronavirus outbreak, especially in Hong Kong.
The world that we live in is becoming more VUCA – a term that organizational development experts use to describe environments that are Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous.
Adding to that, our internal states are prone to the negative impacts of the PAID reality – coined by our sister organization, Potential Project, and stands for our increasingly Pressured, Always On, Information Overload, and Distracted realities.
Our performance and wellbeing in both our personal and professional lives are compromised in this reality.
