CERTIFICATE IN PROFESSIONAL COACHING: 67 ACSTH HOURS

Module 1 – Professional Coaching I
Module 2 – Professional Coaching II

The Certificate in Professional Coaching – a dually-accredited ICF ACSTH & EMCC Foundations Level program – is designed to create a strong foundation for building coaching skills and a coaching practice. Coaches graduate with the confidence, capability and competence to coach at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level as defined by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The training is presented at the EMCC Practitioner level and coaches can apply for the Foundations European Individual Award.

Accreditation: Successful completion of Modules 1 and 2 earns the coach our Certificate in Professional Coaching and is approved content for 67 ACSTH Hours or 67 CCE’s (Continuing Coach Education Units).

Best suited for: This program is often chosen by internal or organisational coaches and new coaches.

ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN PROFESSIONAL COACHING: 63 ACSTH HOURS

Module 3 – Transformational Coaching I
Module 4 – Transformational Coaching II

Module 3: Transformational Coaching I and Module 4: Transformational Coaching II are the advanced coach training Modules and are focused on developing skills with our Transformational Coaching methodology. This is built on the foundations of either Modules 1 and 2 and/or other coach training that coaches may have undertaken. Coaches will deepen and expand coaching skills and demonstrate competency at the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level and beyond, and/or be aiming at the EMCC Practitioner Level or higher.

Accreditation: Successful completion of Module 3 and Module 4 earns the coach Transcend International’s Advanced Certificate in Professional Coaching and is approved content for 63 ACSTH Hours or 63 CCE’s (Continuing Coach Education Units)

Best suited for: Internal and organisational coaches, intermediate coaches and those looking to practice coaching as a full-time career.

CREDENTIALING BUNDLE

An option to add 4 hours of Mentor Coaching to the ACSTH certification programs, to cover ICF and EMCC Credentialing requirements. This Credentialing Bundle is not necessary when registering directly for the Mastery program (ACTP/EQA)

CERTIFICATE IN PROFESSIONAL COACHING MASTERY: 130 ACTP HOURS

This is a combination of both:

Modules 1-2: Certificate in Professional Coaching
Modules 3-4: Advanced Certificate in Professional Coaching

In our Mastery ACTP program, the focus is on developing a coach who is competent, capable at the ICF PCC level and beyond and/or at the EMCC Practitioner Level or higher. From our point of view this requires the embodiment of a transformational way of being. The purpose of this program is to develop highly skilled professional coaches to facilitate vertical development and sustainable and meaningful transformations at a deep level.

Accreditation: Successful completion of the entire pathway (Modules 1-4) earns the coach Transcend International’s Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery and is approved content for 130 ACTP Hours.

Time needed: 12 months

Best suited for: Internal and organisational coaches, intermediate coaches and those looking to practice coaching as a full-time career.

WHICH TRANSCEND COACHING PROGRAM IS BEST FOR YOU?
