DESCRIPTION:(Stage 2 in our Transformational Coaching Programmes)\nThe Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery (Stage 2) is designed for advanced coaches who have had prior coach training either with Transcend or coaches can bridge their training from another provider. \nThe purpose of this programme is to develop highly skilled professional coaches in order to facilitate vertical development\, sustainable and meaningful transformations at a deep level. This requires the embodiment of a transformational way of being.  \nThis programme is built on the foundations of our Certificate in Professional Coaching or similar foundational level coach training programmes* from other organisations.  \n\nCoaches will deepen and expand coaching skills and graduate with the competency and capability to coach at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level\, as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)\, and beyond. \nThe training is presented at the EMCC Practitioner level and coaches can apply for the European Individual Award.\n\nOutcome\n\nGrounding in adult developmental theory and entry points for transformational coaching.\nEnable coaches to develop skill in the application of models\, theories\, coaching moves and methods to support deep transformational change.\nThe evidence of the development of a “way of being” that embodies a transformational coaching ethos.\nAn understanding and application of the ethics\, standards and competencies required for effective coaching at the Practitioner level.\nTo co-create relevant and effective competency based coaching programmes and development plans.\nA commitment to competency-based development based on practice-based feedback and reflection.\nA practice of seeking instructor (supervisor/mentor) support\, engagement and reflective practice.\n\nAccreditations\n\nFrom Transcend: \n\nCertificate in Professional Coaching Mastery\n\n\nFrom International Coach Federation: \n\nICF Level 2 Accreditation (130 contact learning hours)\, which you can use to apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential using the Level 1 Path or for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential using the Portfolio Path if you qualify.\n*If you would like to apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credentials instead\, we recommend completing our full Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery (which is a combination of “Certificate in Professional Coaching – Stage 1” and “Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery – Stage 2”)\n\n\n\nCertificate in Professional Coaching Mastery (Stage 2) – IN PERSON HONG KONG \nParticipants are provided access to our learning management system as soon as they enrol so they can begin their learning immediately accessing videos\, articles\, and resources to kickstart their coaching journey. \nSchedule: \nFeb 22 / 1800-2100 HKT (first live online session)  \nMar 15\, 16\, and 17\, 2024 / 0930-1800 HKT (3-day in person) \nApr 25\, May 2\, May 9\, May 16\, May 23\, 2024 / 1800-2100 HKT (online webinars)
