Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction – MBSR (Public Program)

MBSR is a rich evidence-based program proved to positively impact mental state and focus, while reducing stress and anxiety – all resulting in enhanced well-being and performance.

This practice-oriented program comprises 8 weekly sessions of 2.5 hours, as well as an all-day retreat.

This program will be eligible for 28 hours of CCEs (currently processing ICF approval)
