MR. WILLIAM WEN
William brings his over 20 years business experience to his leadership coaching and facilitation.Started as a PA of their greater China General Manager, William worked for this UK based global manufacturer to support this gentleman’s work /life in China. Quickly, his role was shifted as an EA and coordinator for all company across bounders matters among mainland China, Hong Kong and UK. At this first four years of his career, William learnt a lot about culture diversity, collaboration,
and collective problem solving. William moved to HR consulting business and became their China Operation Director and General Manager of Guangzhou branch. In his 15 years service in this firm, William has supported nearly 200 enterprises in their organizational development, talent acquisition, talent development, high-end talent assessment, succession plan, etc.,
With his burning passion to serve the others, William becomes a leadership executive coach and facilitator. He determines to work on this domain as it fulfils his life purpose. William has been supporting the business leaders and their teams to unlock their potential. His expertise includes but not be limited to enhance the team’s self-awareness, collaboration, mental effectiveness, empowerment, performance and agility of managing changes.
William got his BA in English and American Literature. He is based in Guangzhou /Shenzhen, China. William speaks native Mandarin and Cantonese, and fluent English.
