Our Unique Approach
Our approach to coach training uses leading edge, evidence-based, multidisciplinary coaching frameworks and models (adult learning frameworks). This helps to develop coaches with a solid and robust grounding in a broad spectrum of essential coaching skills. These programmes are not only for coaches but even for individuals who would like to employ coaching skills in their own personal and professional lives. Our training programmes have proved to be transformative in nature to anyone who has undertaken them. Coach Training Certification Programmes
Transcend’s coach training programmes are particularly geared to equipping coaches to help their clients respond adaptively to the challenges of what we termed as the PAID (Pressured, Always-on, Information-overload, Distracted) reality.
Our programmes are dually-accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and are well-balanced and skillfully designed to create a transformational learning journey. You will learn through various proven methods and practical assignments. Each unit includes elements of world-class instruction, shared learning, applied practice, debriefs, expert feedback, and transformational coaching.
CERTIFICATE IN PROFESSIONAL COACHING
(Stage 1)
Successful completion of this programme earns the coach our Certificate in Professional Coaching and is approved content for ICF Level 1 (76 hours).
CERTIFICATE IN PROFESSIONAL COACHING MASTERY - with prior coach training
(Stage 2)
For coaches who have completed our CPC programme or bridging from other prior coach training. Successful completion of this programme earns the coach Transcend International’s Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery and is approved for ICF Level 2 and/or can be applied to an EMCC European Individual Award.
CERTIFICATE IN PROFESSIONAL COACHING MASTERY
(Stage 1 & 2)
Coaches who desire to pursue a complete coach training programme will find this meets or exceeds their expectations. Coaches can aim to complete this at either the ICF Level 2 (130 hours) or the EMCC Senior Practitioner level.
* Before integrating with our cohorts, we'll need to evaluate their prior learning and require them to attend an extra orientation to our program and methodology. This will help them better integrate with our already trained students.
