Coaching and Leadership Development Experience

Millais brings with her more than 20 years of business and talent development experience to her coaching and facilitation work.  She partners with leaders mainly in the Banking & Finance, Media, IT and Manufacturing sectors, enabling their leaders to develop their cognitive balance, resilience and adaptability when facing challenges and changes, which are essential for exceptional performance.

Millais deeply believes that purposes and values are key driving forces for business and organisational culture.  She encourages the leaders and their team to explore their shared purposes and values, so they can better align and co-create sustainable change and achieving the business goals with and for their stakeholders.  Millais also integrates mindfulness and visual facilitation into her coaching and facilitation practice.  Her clients value her full presence, ability to build trust and help them create self-awareness, reflect and gain new insights for continued growth during coaching.

Millais’ internal coaching and talent development give her more insights about how the leaders could better engage the resources around them (especially their direct manager) to achieve their developmental and performance goal.  She is an expert to encourage the leaders embed their actionable goals into their daily work and life balance.


Millais has 20+ years of working experience in talent development.  Over her last 12-year career was with Insurance industry, she gained substantial experience in building and empowering its critical leadership capabilities to drive and sustain long-term organizational effectiveness.  She played a regional leadership role in designing, implementing and managing M&A cultural integration, Change Management and Talent Management framework, including but not limited to succession planning, talent development program and performance management to support business growth. Millais also acted as an internal coach /facilitator to partner with different stakeholders to strengthen EVP – accelerate talent development, nurture Company culture and employer’s brand.

Location and Language

Millais is based in Hong Kong.  She speaks native Cantonese, fluent English and Mandarin.
