ICF Level 2 Accredited Training for Coaches
ICF credential holders must meet the requirements for renewal every three years. This offer is designed to help you gain access to our relevant products in a way that will meet your renewal needs and support your ongoing professional development.

Renew Your Credential Offer
The Renew Your Credential Offer, which expires October 13, 2024, is designed for coaches who need to renew their ACC credential while also advancing their professional skills and credentials. This programme provides 40 hours of ICF-accredited coach training, ensuring participants receive top-tier education and support. The training includes a three-day in-person session in Hong Kong complemented by online pre-training materials and activities.
Cost: HKD 22,850 / USD 2,930
First Live Session: 16 October 2024 1800-2100 HKT (Online, Wednesday)
Three-day In-person Session: October 22 – 24, 2024 0930-1800 HKT
Begin your learning immediately! You will be provided immediate access to pre-course materials as soon as you enrol. Access videos, articles, and resources to kickstart your coaching journey.
What’s Included:
• Transcend Coaching Bridging Session (3 hours) – scheduled at participants’ convenience
• Online pre-course materials, videos, and activities via our LMS
• 3-day in-person ICF Level 2 coach training in Hong Kong (equivalent to 40 CCE hours)

• Opportunity to access mentor coaching / supervision (equivalent to 10 CCE hours)
Bonus Offer: Complete our ICF Level 2 / EMCC Senior Practitioner Programme for an additional HKD 15,000 / USD 1,924 (within the next two years)
– Earn our Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery Level 2 Certificate which includes a PCC assessment and mentor coaching / supervision

How the Renew Your Credential Offer Works
1. Access Online Pre-Training Materials
– Access our Learning Management System (LMS) to explore pre-training materials, videos, and activities. This online resource allows you to engage with the content at your own pace, preparing you for the in-person training.
2. Transcend Coaching Bridging Session: This session will serve as a bridge from your prior coach training to our language, philosophy and methodologies. We will schedule this with the coaches who require it.
• Kick-off Session: Begin with an online kick off session on 16 October 2024 1800-2100 HKT (Online, Wednesday)
3. Three-Day In-Person Training in Hong Kong
– Attend a comprehensive 3-day training session in Hong Kong. This immersive experience is designed to deepen your understanding and application of coaching techniques.
4. Certificate of Completion
– Upon completing the in-person training, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, signifying your progress, CCE’s and commitment to coaching mastery.
Mentor Coaching/ Supervision Product
• Includes 3 hours of Individual Mentor Coaching
• Includes a minimum of 7 hours of Observed Coaching Practice and/or Group Mentor Coaching/Supervision
Receive the 10 hours required for ICF credential renewals including ethics and professional standards. One example of a group session is: Navigating Ethics: With an aim to develop ironclad ethics, we will explore the emerging ethical landscape and develop shared learning to help us be ethically strong, without rigidity and remaining adaptive, not accommodating.
You can also choose to purchase the number of hours you need for your renewal and join the Group sessions that interest you or a combination of sessions to make up your required Mentor Coaching hours.

Mentor Coaching, which has been popularised by the ICF, is specifically targeted at the development of core coaching competencies as defined by the ICF. The way we practise mentor coaching incorporates these dimensions and goes further, as we work with our coaches to develop the macroskill of reflective practice as one of many ways to develop competency, capacity and capability.
Certification
Successful completion of Modules 1 & 2 earns the coach our Certificate in Professional Coaching and is approved content for 67 ACSTH or 67 CCEs (Continuous Coach education Units)
